Dance Fusion was founded in 2003 by 19-year-old dance enthusiast Melissa Sgro, who began teaching in a small community hall with just a handful of students and a dream. Over the years, that dream has flourished into one of Australia’s most celebrated dance studios, now housed in a state-of-the-art facility that marked our 20-year anniversary in 2022.

For over two decades, Dance Fusion has been a place where dancers and families connect, grow, and create lifelong memories. Dance Fusion’s students have graced the stages of Disneyland and Universal Studios in California, sharing their passion and skill at these iconic venues. In every performance, class, and interaction, we strive to create a supportive, inspiring space where dancers of all ages can thrive. Having enriched the lives of over 5000 students, our impact is now generational, as many of our first students return with their own children, sharing their love of dance with a new generation.

Our team of university-educated, dance-specialized staff brings a wealth of expertise in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science, and Physiotherapy, along with 170 years of combined dance experience. Every student trains in a safe, structured, and

positive environment that balances technical excellence with personal growth.
