Enrolment Terms & Conditions
Commitment: All enrolments are on a term-by-term basis. We do not offer casual classes or pro-rata refunds for missed weeks.
Term Duration & Fees: Each term is structured around 10 weeks with 45-minute classes. Some terms may have fewer weeks due to holidays, but fees remain the same each term, ensuring consistency across the year.
Class Fees: $200 per term = one class per week. Discounts are available for students enrolling in multiple classes.
Enrolment Fee: An annual enrolment fee of $55 per student is required to cover insurance, music licensing, and administrative costs.
Payment Policy: All term and enrolment fees must be paid in full before the term starts, unless on an approved installment plan, to meet insurance requirements.
Installment Plan Available: Spread your term fee over 5 payments. Setup required at reception. A $15 admin fee applies to the final installment.
Trial Classes: A maximum of 2 trial classes are offered per student per term and charged at $20.00 Payable before class.

1. VIP Enrolment Discount: Pay in full and receive 10% off Term fees.
2. Deposit Option: Pay a 20% confirmation deposit, with the balance due on the first day of Term.
3. Installment Plan: Choose 5 fortnightly AutoPay installments (setup required through reception). A $15 convenience fee applies to the final installment. See breakdown below.

LATE FEES AND CHARGES
Late payment fees will apply as follows;
Courtesy Reminder (1 week prior) = No Fee
7 Days Late = $15
14 Days Late = $25.
21 Days Late = Account Suspended. Any student with membership fees 21 days in arrears will be in breech of insurance policy and unable to participate in dance class.
28 Day Late: Account Cancelled. Any accounts outstanding after 28 days of term commencing will be cancelled and the student’s place forfeited.
Autopay Failures: $15 processing fee for each failed payment. Three failed payments result in cancellation of the Autopay agreement.
DANCE FUSION UNIFORMS
Our studio offers a wide range of uniforms, including crop tops, shorts, bike pants, leggings, leotards, dance dresses, dance singlets, hoodies & jackets for students to wear to dance class.
Although encouraged, these are not compulsory.
Any form fitting activewear that facilitates safe dance participation is acceptable.
Our uniform shop also sells ballet shoes, jazz shoes, tap shoes and stockings at very competitive prices

ABOUT OUR CONCERTS
For over 20 years, our studio has provided students with an exciting performance experience by way of the end of year concert. This annual staple of the dance school conjures images of childhood and celebrated memories for many. It’s a rite of passage for thousands of youngsters, a chance to shine in front of family and friends that students anticipate with nervous excitement. It is without doubt the highlight of the dance year. Although participation in highly encouraged, participation is optional.
Our concerts are held at the prestigious RIXON THEATRE, Penrhos College in late November. We believe in our weekend, mid-afternoon (matinee) performances that don't not require time away from school, extra rehearsals or late nights at the theatre. Our costume department takes care of all costume requirements, no sewing or sequining for mums. Parents will be responsible for ongoing commitment to weekly classes, for preparing their child's hair & make-up requirements, and for getting students to their rehearsals and theatre performances.
