Our class offerings
From Broadway to Commercial Jazz, Urban to Funk, our jazz classes including Kicks, Turns, Leaps & Weekly Grooves
Challenge your feet & co-ordination with tapping concepts inspired by Gene Kelly & Fred Astaire through to the funky rhythmical beats of the Tap Dogs.
The spectacular art form of strength, control, tumbling, contortion and flexibility. Our classes explore all these elements under fully qualified instruction, using the highest quality acrobatics mats & equipment, and progress through a series of balances and teacher-assisted tricks.
Ballet is where all correct dance technique, style, poise and strength are derived. It is the most disciplined, the most expressive, and the most beautiful of all the art forms. All the ‘great' dancers gain their flair from a strong classical foundation. Our ballet classes focus on offering traditional ballet techniques whilst still making ballet fun.
Lyrical dance is a fluid & expressive dance form that involves the use of emotions & movement to expressively interpret music & lyrics. Our classes explore this fusion of classical ballet & jazz dance techniques in a creative way, with a focus on strong technique. A ballet class is encouraged to compliment this dance form.
These classes cater to girls and boys of all abilities who want to learn & expand their awesome grooves. Classes are packed full of all the latest moves & tunes as seen in today’s video clips and explore the various styles of hip hop, breaking, funk, popping, locking, stepping, krump and more.
Contemporary dance is based on a strong ballet foundation & pushes the strict boundaries of classical ballet lines by exploring parallel lines & off centre variations. A supporting classical ballet class is required in order to participate in contemporary class.
A Cirque-based extravaganza with the ultimate test of strength, endurance, artistry & flexibility. Run away and join the circus with our world class Aerial Arts Programs.
Led by our team of sports scientists, exercise physiologists, and physiotherapists, our KTL program delivers safe, high-calibre training focused on strength, flexibility, and elite technique — blending science and dance for results that elevate performance while protecting growing bodies.
"Golden Groovers" is a fun, low-impact dance class for over 65s, fostering community, joy, and movement to good music that will leave you feeling great!

Aerial Silks and Movement for Special Needs
Our All Abilities Movement Classes offer inclusive dance and aerial silks for adults and students 15+ with additional needs. Build confidence, connect with others, and experience the joy of movement in a supportive, expert-led environment.

Our Preschool Programs (1.5 - 5yrs)
Child focused, play based entry to dance class where the foundations of correct technique are laid through gamification, teaching to the whole child, with a big focus on FUN!

Children are taught in age appropriate ways where the foundations of correct technique are laid through gamification, repetition and teaching to the whole child.
MAKING IT FUN
We love to teach using storytelling and the child’s imagination through song and dance, tumbling and creative movement, incorporating props and toys to keep students engaged and motivated.

THE PERFECT SETTING
Students thrive in our casual and relaxed setting, designed to bring out their best, while respecting their development needs. Class sizes are limited and parents are encouraged to 'kiss and drop' - we believe the best way to experience these programs is by enrolling in a whole term of fun. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to get settled - this is perfectly normal. Our teachers have decades of teaching (& mummy) experience.
ACCELERATED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Designed for the dedicated dancer, this program blends over 35 years of industry insight with 2 decades of biomechanics and safe dance practices.
Created by our Exercise Physiologist and elite teaching team, it delivers strong results, low injury rates, and high engagement.
Includes Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and Kicks, Turns & Leaps (KTL) — essential for comp team students or those ready to level up.
