HOW TO ENROL

  1. Download a copy of our enrolment pack (see below)
  2. Select your classes from our timetable 
  3. Fill in the enrolment form accordingly
  4. Fill in the Uniform order form
  5. Return your ENROLMENT FORM & UNIFORM ORDER together with your term payment to us during office hours 4pm - 8pm (MON - FRI) or 9am - 3pm (SAT),or via post to DANCE FUSION - U7/ 28 Rudloc Rd, Morley 6062, or via email to dancefusion@bigpond.com
  6. Payments kindly accepted via cash, cheque, money order or EFT (direct deposit) - please see the ‘enrolment pack’ for our banking details. Sorry no EFTPOS.
