In order to avoid overwhelming class sizes, enrolments must be processed PRIOR TO the commencement of any dance classes with DANCE FUSION. Please contact us today to receive a copy of our enrolment procedures.

All classes are run on a term by term basis and are charged for as such. Once your enrolment forms are received term invoices will be issued accordingly. Full payment much be received within 14 days or enrolments will automatically be cancelled.

Once actively enrolled in a term it is not necessary to re-enrol into each subsequent new term. Unless notice is given to the contrary, enrolments will automatically be carried over.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept weekly payments. This is a strict requirement from our insurance provider.

An annual enrolment fee of $15.00 (per student) or $20.00 (per family) is payable at time of enrolment. This covers all administration, insurance & music licensing costs.

IMPORTANT: Once enrolled in the term, all classes in that term will be charged for, & must be paid for, regardless of whether they are attended or not. This includes absences due to sickness, school camps, family vacations, or if you simply change your mind. Refunds are not possible.

Should you wish to amend, or cancel your enrolment into the new term, it would be appreciated if you could notify us in writing BEFORE the end of the current term. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

Payment is kindly accepted via cash, cheque and direct debit. Sorry, no EFTPOS.

OPTION 1: Accounts reconciled in full within 14 days of issue will be eligible for: a 5% discount. A further 5% discount is given when enrolling in 5 or more classes. 10% discount is offered when enrolling 2 or more children.

OPTION 2: A 50% deposit (plus enrolment fee) is payable immediately in order to reserve your placement. Term balance is due by week 3 or enrolments will automatically be cancelled.

A 10% late fee will be added to all outstanding accounts of student who are actively attending classes by week 4. Failure to reconcile immediately will compromise enrolment status. 

* NEW * Take advantage of our ‘unlimited access’ option for just $500.00 per term. This is by far the most cost effective way for students to enjoy all aspects of dance offered to their age group at one low price.

Please ensure that your child is punctual to all classes. Late students miss out on important warm ups & disrupt the class.

Students should always be dressed appropriately. Hair should always be tied back (preferably in a bun). The correct dance shoes are required for each class. No large/dangly jewellery to be worn.

If your child is to be absent from class, please call the studio to advise us BEFORE class is due to start.

Parents, if you require a moment to speak to the class teacher, please do so BEFORE class commences, or schedule a time with the front desk to speak with Miss Melissa. Do not disrupt dance classes.

DANCE FUSION is very proud of its reputation for a fun, friendly, family orientated learning environment. Bullying, gossiping or any other forms of intimidation are not permitted & will not be tolerated. Dancing is meant to be fun .....let’s keep it this way.

Please direct ANY AND ALL dancing questions, enquiries, and/or problems to the studio Principal, Miss Melissa ONLY. Do not voice your concerns with other parents or rely on word of mouth.

Only ‘Fusion Dancers’ are permitted in the studio during class time. Parents are welcome to wait in the foyer for a coffee/tea and a friendly chat :)

Parent ‘viewing days’ are run at the end of terms 1 & 2. An excellent chance to see what we have been up to! Notice will be given.

A monthly newsletter will be distributed to our members via email. Please ensure we have your current email address, and most importantly, that your system is set up to receive our emails. This is the preferred, quickest & easiest method of sending important updates & information.

You are NOT permitted to use any part of troupe routines, or costumes in any other circumstances without prior written consent from DANCE FUSION. This is punishable under Australian Law.
